How do we define success in Christian schools? What does it mean to build and lead a great team? How do we know we are accomplishing our mission and setting our organization up for sustainability? This training is designed for the Head of School (or equivalent) to attend with his/her entire leadership team. Running a healthy and successful Christian school requires ongoing learning, people-management skills, grace, and accountability. Christian schools are complex, and leading a team requires a new skillset from the leaders of our classrooms. Our leadership teams need to cultivate new interpersonal and strategic skillsets to move the vision forward. Whether you’re new to your role in Christian school leadership or are an experienced Christian school leader, this 3-day summit will ignite new conversations on your team and provide new perspectives in our pursuit of Christian school growth. We invite Texas-based Christian school leadership teams to bring your entire leadership team. At a minimum, schools must bring at least two people. Recommended executive members include heads of schools, principals, and/or department heads - all direct reports to the HOS with decision making responsibilities.
