In this session of our Micro School Virtual Series, we'll cover the legal considerations for the internal organization of a micro-school. We'll answer questions like, "Should I be a nonprofit or a for-profit?" "How do I organize my board of directors or governance?" "What should be in our student or family handbook?" "How do I make sure I have a legal right to tuition payments?" We'll address these and other questions that focus on how to structure your organization.

Please note that this is not a continuation of a previous session, and you do not need to attend any prior training to participate in this one.
