Each school will identify key next steps, changes, and improvements they can make to better their culture building and employee engagement practices. You will leave equipped and empowered to maximize your school’s impact for Christian education.  This is a best-in-class event accessible for Christian schools and homeschools across the country. Who’s It For?

This training is best suited for teams of school and homeschool leaders. Recommended attendees from each school would include up to 4 of the following roles: head of school (or equivalent), principal(s), lead teacher(s), HR, and/or board member(s).
