We are entering a time when organizations are pressed for growth, values, leadership, and the discipleship of students in a competitive culture. This is no small task, and the success of schools relies heavily on your preparedness. During the Strategic Planning Training Retreat, you will explore practices of effective Christian leadership that leads to long-term, sustainable health within your school. You will be asked to identify:  <ul><li>Who are we as an organization?  </li><li>What direction do we need to go?  </li><li>What milestones indicate success?  </li><li>What data is necessary?  </li><li>How do we hold ourselves accountable in our pursuit of sustainable excellence?  </li></ul>   This training retreat is designed with practical guidance for your school to not only create a strategic plan but also lead a strategic organization. You will leave with a new perspective on Christian school leadership and what it takes to lead a healthy school.  This is a best-in-class event accessible for Christian schools and homeschools across the country. Each seat is valued at more than $1,000 and is completely covered by the Herzog Foundation as an investment in your school. The Foundation will cover event costs including accommodations, group meals, transportation once at the hotel, coaching costs, and event materials. Organizations are expected to cover all travel costs to the event location, including parking. This event is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Guests are expected to be present for all sessions in their entirety including activities, training sessions, and meals. If you cannot make this commitment, please register for a later event.
