At the Herzog Foundation, we believe you have been appointed “for such a time as this.” The Christian Education movement needs quality, high-performing leaders to remain steadfast to their calling so families and culture can flourish. The New Heads Gathering has been designed to equip and encourage Heads of Schools who have recently been called to lead within the last three years. We will make the case for the importance of this role, warn leaders of common pitfalls, and provide resources and practical tools to help you move your school forward for years to come. You will also walk away with a new network of other high-capacity leaders you can lean on for years to come. Who’s It For?
