We desire to form graduates who take their role as citizens seriously by faithfully pursuing truth and beauty in the public square. At this Summit, we will explore the history of civic-based Catholic education in America and generate ideas around civic engagement for our students today. Teachers and school leaders are encouraged to attend together to explore how their school can strengthen civic engagement in the classroom and in the community. With special guest speakers and the beautiful venue at Benedictine College, this event is sure to spark inspiration and conversation around reclaiming civic education in our schools. Who’s it For? We recommend schools bring two to three members to this training. There will be sessions for headmasters/administration, teachers, and other nonprofit leaders in this space.
