Christian schools are complex, and leading a team requires a new skillset from the leaders of our classrooms. Our leadership teams need to cultivate new interpersonal and strategic skillsets to move the vision forward. Whether you’re new to your role in Christian school leadership or are an experienced Christian school leader, this three-day summit will ignite new conversations with your team and provide new perspectives in our pursuit of Christian school growth. All guests are required to attend the training in full including all sessions, activities, breaks, and group meals.
