Schools are complex organizations that require teams of people moving together. Often, school operations are overwhelmed by the tyranny of the urgent. It is time to step out of the day-to-day, reflect on the goals and culture of your organization, and invest in the team that will drive your school forward.

This training retreat encourages you as leaders to better invest in your school’s culture, helping you to attract and retain more families and employees committed to discipling the next generation.

During the Culture Building and Employee Engagement Training Retreat, you will engage in topics relating to employee engagement issues in Christian schools such as team building, hiring, and firing practices. You will also explore professional development and learn how to build a culture centered around your school’s core values.

Each school will identify key next steps, changes, and improvements they can make to better their culture building and people management practices. You will leave equipped and empowered to maximize your school’s impact for Christian education.

This training is best suited for teams of school and homeschool leaders. Recommended attendees from each school would include up to 4 of the following roles: head of school (or equivalent), principal(s), lead teacher, HR, and/or board member(s).

All individuals wishing to register must personally complete the registration process and create their own account.
