In this virtual training, we discuss the various scenarios schools may find themselves in after a capital campaign has been launched. Scenarios include things like increased construction costs driving the goal up, stagnation in giving, strategies for increased gifts, back-to-back campaigns, and more. Additionally, we will explore what a successful post-campaign plan should include. Ample Q&A time will be given.
This training is for leadership of Christian schools considering or leading a capital campaign. Schools may register as many attendees as they would like and are encouraged to take the two-part course together. If you would like others to attend this virtual training, please have them each complete their own registration.
We ask all attendees to commit to being present throughout the entirety of the training. Please commit to attending all sessions, activities, and dinners for the duration of the event. If you're unable to make that commitment, please register for another date that better suits your schedule.
Please note that this is not a continuation of a previous session, and you do not need to attend any prior training to participate in this one.
