We are entering a time where organizations are pressed; pressed for growth, pressed to defend your values, and pressed to disciple students in a competitive culture. This is no small task, and the success or failure of schools will rely heavily on your preparedness. In this training retreat, we explore practices of effective Christian leadership that leads to long-term, sustainable health within Christian schools. We will ask strategic questions to identify:
- Who you are
- Where you are
- Where you want to go
- What milestones indicate success
- What data to look for on your way
This is an intense program with practical guidance to not only have a strategic plan but to lead a strategic organization.

This is a best-in-class event accessible for Christian schools across the country. Each seat is valued at more than $2,000 and is completely covered by the Herzog Foundation as an investment in your school. The Herzog Foundation will cover all costs during the event including accommodation, meals, transportation, etc. Schools are expected to cover all travel costs to the event city.
This event is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Attendees are expected to be present for all sessions in their entirety including activities, training sessions, and meals. If you cannot make this commitment, please register for a later event. Spots are limited as events are kept small to maximize networking and 1:1 coaching.
Schools are allowed 3 seats per event. We recommend your Head of School attend with admissions or marketing personnel – board members are always welcome as well. Register now before seats fill up!
