This is no small task, and the success of schools relies heavily on your preparedness. During the Strategic Organizational Planning Training Retreat, you will explore practices of effective Christian leadership that leads to long-term, sustainable health within your school. Schools and homeschool organizations are encouraged to send at least 2 representatives to this training together. Recommended attendees include the head of school (or equivalent), business manager or other executive team members, and board member(s). Schools may bring up to 4 people.
