By covering the cost of our training events, we make best-in-class professional development accessible to U.S. K-12 Christian school and homeschool educators. Your individual application will be reviewed by the Herzog Foundation. We will check applications regularly and notify you of the status of your submission as soon as possible. Complete this application with sufficient information to indicate why you and your school would be good candidates for this investment.
You may still apply if you are a Christian non-profit, Canadian-based Christian school, or other related organization. Priority access will be given to U.S. K-12 Christian school and homeschool leaders.
Instructions
Each person interested in attending this event must:
1. Create their own Connect Space account using a private work email address.
2. Complete their individual application themselves. Applications may not be submitted on someone else’s behalf.
3. Wait for their application to be reviewed and accepted in order to gain access as a registered participant.
Complete the application in its entirety and provide sufficient responses. Vague or otherwise incomplete applications will not be considered. All responses must be unique to each applicant. Applications with answers identical to another member of the same organization will not be accepted. If a guest or organization has participated in a previous Herzog Foundation Institute training, any unapproved partial attendance, late cancellations or otherwise relevant engagement will be taken into account in the review process.
Guidelines for Multiple Team Member Applications
We recommend that schools or homeschools have multiple members apply and attend our training events. Each member must complete their own application and wait to be accepted as a registered participant. Before applying, please check the event description on the main event page for the intended personnel types that the training is catered towards and any minimum number of members or required roles from your organization. Priority seat access will be given to U.S. K-12 schools and homeschools or organizations with at least two applicants.
Expense Guidelines
The Herzog Foundation Institute’s training events are designed for U.S. K-12 Christian school or homeschool educators and leaders.* For each accepted guest meeting these criteria, the Foundation will pay for any applicable event costs such as accommodations, group meals, and transportation once at the hotel. Organizations are responsible to cover all travel costs to and from the event location (including parking), as well as any meals planned on your own. Please review the event schedule to confirm any meals planned on your own and anticipate this cost.
*All parties not meeting the stated criteria are subject to pay for select event costs determined on a case-by-case basis. All Canadian-based and other non-U.S. schools and organizations are responsible to pay for their accommodations at each training event.
