But where do you find good teachers and admin.? How do you cultivate top talent? In this teacher shortage, what are strategies to meet the needs of our growing schools? These questions and more will be explored at our Culture 2.0 Recruitment and Retention training. Your team will discuss value-aligned hiring and evaluations, hiring strategies, cultivating leadership and communication skills among staff, and rethinking pay scales and compensation. You will have ample time to work with the content and apply it to your unique context. Schools are required to do pre-work involving reading, assessments, and organizational identity analysis (mission/vision/values/etc.). Let’s build great teams at our schools! Who’s It For?
