In this training, you’ll learn how you, as an admin, can help your teachers improve their classroom management, turning things around to rein in disruptions and create a conducive learning environment where students and teachers can succeed.

Our Partner: Linda Kardamis

Linda is the founder of Teach 4 the Heart, which began in 2013 and is also the creator of Classroom Management 101. She graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a degree in Math education.

Linda loves being able to stay connected to education and helping support teachers by working at Teach 4 the Heart.

A teacher could reach out to Linda for advice on classroom management, time management, & staying encouraged. Linda is married to Tim, and they have 4 children ranging in age from 2 to 9.

Reading, spending time with her family, and playing the flute are some of Linda’s favorite things to do. When asked to describe Linda, our team used these words to describe her: humble, driven, innovative, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and grace-filled. She is also authentic and principled—a sure-footed leader. Her faith truly leads her.
