Running a healthy and successful Christian school requires ongoing learning, people-management skills, grace, and accountability. Christian schools are complex, and leading a team requires a new skillset from the leaders of our classrooms. Our leadership teams need to cultivate new interpersonal and strategic skillsets to move the vision forward. Whether you’re new to your role in Christian school leadership or are an experienced Christian school leader, this three-day summit will ignite new conversations with your team and provide new perspectives in our pursuit of Christian school growth. Who’s It For?

All organizations are required to bring at least three people. This training is designed for the Head of School (or equivalent) to attend with his/her entire leadership team.
