All guests must apply to attend the Culture 2.0 training. Please complete this application to the best of your ability. You will be notified if you have been accepted by 40 days prior to the event if not before. 

Our people are our school's greatest asset! But where do you find good teachers and admin? How do you grow your own and cultivate top talent? In this teacher shortage, what are strategies to meet the needs of our growing schools? These questions and more will be explored at our Culture 2.0 Recruitment and Retention. To attend this training, guests must have attended the Herzog Culture Building and Employee Engagement Training (Culture 1.0) or come with someone from your school who has attended the 1.0 training.

Schools are required to bring at least 2 people and can bring up to 6. Your team will discuss value-aligned hiring, hiring strategies, value-aligned evaluations, cultivating leadership and communication skills among staff, and rethinking pay scales and compensation. You’ll have ample time to work with the content and apply it to your unique context. Schools are required to do pre-work like reading, assessments, and organizational identity (mission/vision/values/etc.). Let’s build great teams at our schools!
