<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">We live in a broken world. As Christian schools and homeschools, we are in the people business, and that is messy. Our schools must wrestle with potential crises and learn how to mitigate, prevent, and respond to the various threats to our organizations. At this training, school leaders will discuss heavy topics, learn best practices in crisis management 101, and build a plan for implementation. </span><br>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Leaders will discuss plans for preparation, mitigation, and response as applied to the following topics:</span>
<ul><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Campus safety</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Student suicide and mental health issues</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Medical emergencies</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Personnel misconduct</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Parent or student misconduct</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Religious liberty infringements</span></li><li><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">And more</span></li></ul>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Schools communication plans and best practices will be emphasized throughout. The goal of this training is for schools, homeschools, and startups to identify immediate next steps on improving their crisis management plans and practices. </span><br>

<span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Schools are allowed up to four seats per event. We ask each organization to bring at least 2 guests. We recommend the following types of school personnel to attend:</span>
